Apple Kids celebrates Diwali 10/17/2014 10:31:50 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 17: Apple Kids International Pre-School Gandhi Nagar Jammu today celebrated Diwali at school premises with zeal and enthusiasm. The children were filled with the spirit of joy and happiness. The students of the lower and senior KG recited poems on Diwali. The premise was decorated with lights, colourful rangoli and lamps. Principal Jagjeet Kour addressed the students and told them about the significance of Diwali- the festival of lights. Children were told to celebrate environment friendly Diwali. Students and staff together lit the candles. Lunch was also arranged in the school for the students as well as for the staff.
