Astrokids playway visits police station 10/17/2014 10:32:11 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 17: Astrokids, playway and primary school Sainik Colony Jammu organized a visit for their kids to the nearby Police Station Channi Himmat .The visit was part of Programme organized under the theme" Community Helpers" to familiarize the kids about the working of the police officer as community helper in maintaining the law and order and safe guarding the public. Kids of the school enjoyed there stay at the police station. Excited to see the policemen in uniforms the kids also visited the control room of the police station felt curious to see their equipment. Kids also inquired about various things from the police officers and also keen to know how they catch thieves and other criminals. SDPO City east Jammu ,Rafiq Manhas, SHO police station Channi Himmat and police personal spent good time with them and motivated them to become good citizen and serve their nation"Smart Kids" and the group that visited the station truly enjoyed their visit .Chairperson Archana Sharma along with the staff thanked the officials for spending time with kids.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
