| Rajouri, Oct 17: Rashtriya Rifles Battalion, under Romeo Force, distributed furniture to Government Middle School, Kotan a border village in Rajouri district. The students of the school were very excited to see the new furniture which included chairs, tables and double seated desk with bench. The event was attended by all the teaching staff, school children, parents and eminent citizen of the nearby villages. In yet another effort, Rashtriya Rifles Battalion, based at Kalakote, under Uniform Force distributed furniture and library books to Govt Middle School, Padder on 16 October 2014. A total of 40 desks with bench were provided to the school. The school staff, students and parents thanked the Indian Army for responding to the needs of the locals by providing them much needed infrastructure. |
