| JMC demolishes unauthorized construction of hotel | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Oct 17: The enforcement wing of the Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC) following the directions of Commissioner JMC Kiran Wattal, launched a drive against illegal structure today and demolished the unauthorized construction of a city based hotel here in Canal Road area.The drive was launched on the base of complaint that a hotel owner raised unauthorized construction during odd hours. Kiran Watal, Commissioner JMC, acting swiftly, constituted team led by Ravinder Sharma, Assistant Enforcement Officer which including Madan Lal and Anil Kashap enforcement inspector and directed the enforcement squad to take action against the unauthorized structure at the hotel namely Airlines situated near Art and Culture Academy. The enforcement team reached the spot and demolished it as the construction was raised allegedly on the roadside adding miseries to the people. The JMC team also seized the construction material being used for the purpose. |
