Employees with over 3 years stay not transferred in Kishtwar
ECI guidelines ignored

Kishtwar, Nov 11: Despite clear directions from Election Commission of India, over 20 employees with over three year stay at a particular place have not been transferred in Kishtwar. As per the complaint lodged by a local NGO Sources, the over stay employees mostly comprises of Teachers, Masters, Lecturers having over stay from the period ranging in between 3 yrs to 16 years in their home locality and have also been reportedly indulged in political campaigning for various political parties. The employees in question include Milkhi Ram lecturer posted at HSS Dachhan (stay 16 yrs) also acted as ZEO Warwan, Vidya Dhar Lecturer HSS Sounder (Stay 6 yrs) also acted as Principal of the school, Suresh Kumar lecturer HSS Dachhan (Stay 6 yrs), Prabhat Kumar Lecturer HSS Dachhan (Stay 5 yrs), Radha Krishan Master HSS Dachhan (Stay 9 yrs), Khurshid Ahmed Teacher ZEO Office Marwah (Stay 3 yrs), Mushtaq Ahmed teacher ZEO Office Marwah (Stay 5 yrs), Ghulam Hassan Lone Master HSS Marwah (Stay 10 yrs), Manzoor Ahmed Lone Master HSS Warwan (Stay 10 yrs), Madan Lal Master HSS Dachhan (Stay 5 yrs), Radha Krishan VLW Pyt. Lopara Dachhan (Stay 10 yrs), Munshi Ram MPW Pyt. Janakpur Dachhan (Stay 5 yrs), Tulsi Ram MPW Pyt. Chicha/Kiyar (Stay 5 yrs), Subash Kumar VLW Sounder (Stay 5 yrs), Vinod Kumar A/D Deherna (Stay 5 yrs), Rajesh Kumar I/C S K Janakpur (Stay 6 yrs), Lekh Raj BHW PHC Dachhan (Stay 7 yrs), Chuni Lal Lab Assistant (Stay 7 yrs), Hafiz Ahmed Teacher HSS Dachhan (Stay 15 yrs) and Dilshad Ahmed VLW Panchayat Chenger Marwah (Stay 5 yrs) falling under the jurisdiction of newly created Sub Division Marwah of 51-Kishtwar Assembly segment. The copy of the information with regard to over stay of the above mentioned government employees has also been sent to Chief Electoral Officer Jammu and Kashmir and District Election Officer Kishtwar with pray to collect the data from concern Drawing and Disbursing Officers and also as per the record for confirming the facts mentioned in the complaint and action taken thereof for ensuring free and fair elections in the District Kishtwar beside to implement the order of ECI on ground.
