HC issues warrant against SP Anantnag 11/11/2014 11:56:22 PM Early Times Report Srinagar, Nov 11: The J&K High Court today issued bailable warrant against Superintendent of Police, Anantnag for failure to comply court orders regarding tracing out of a kidnapped girl from the south Kashmir district. Hearing a petition filed by the father of the girl, a single bench of the court comprising Justice Ali Mohammad Magrey directed IGP Kashmir to execute the warrant in the amount of Rs 10,000. It posted the case on 24-11-2014 for further consideration. According to the petitioners, his minor girl was kidnapped on 31-10-2012 by one K D Singh of Punjab. It was alleged that girl was confined in illegal confinement of the Singh and in this case an FIR 109 of 2012 under section 264 has been registered in police station Achabal.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
