Cong releases list of two candidates for Assembly polls 11/11/2014 11:56:59 PM Early Times Report New Delhi, Nov 11 : The Congress today released a list of two candidates for assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir. The list, cleared by the Central Election Committee of the party and released by AICC General secretary Madhusudan Mistry, includes Jagdish Raj Spolia from Basohli seat and Surinder Singh Singhari from Jammu West.
