Federation organizes workshop cum facilitation function 10/8/2015 11:54:59 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 8: All Jammu and Kashmir NGO's Federation organized workshop cum facilitation function at Jammu University campus and highlighted the achievements, difficulties of the voluntarily sector facing in J&K State. Chairman of Federation VK Katal emphasized to the members of Ministers of Government of India for making the State level organization eligible in central government schemes, where big organizations take the projects and then implement in the state very poorly making the delivery of the things a mockery and a bad name of NGO's sector. The member organizations are doing yeoman's work in their respective fields. Chairman WWF (Nature) Dr CM Seth highlighted the role of voluntarily sector working in the remote corner of the state, where government machinery didn't reach.
