It is a different story that while NC kept on insisting when PDP leader Mehbooba express...

Jammu & Kashmir
6/1/2012 9:01:42 AM
Early Times Report Jammu, May 31: Go through the 171-page New Delhi-appointed interlocutors' report on Jammu & Kashmir and you will find that the interlocutors have emphasised again and again the need to respect and preserve the "dual status" of the state: Part of India and a state that enjoys special status in the Union.
