Om Parkash, Veteran Cyclist & Gen. Secy. J&K Cycling Association & Jenab. Mushtaq Ahmed, Senior Cyclist & Joint Secretary, J&K Cycling Association. The cyclists from Jammu & Kashmir are requested to participate in the trial on 8th of October, 2013 at 10:00 A.M along with good Road Race Cycle or Indian Made Cycle(for cyclists participating in Indian Made Cycle Event). The players who had participated in the unrecognized Tour de Kashmir Cycling Event are refrained from participating in the trial as per Cycling Federation of India directions (CFI/Gen./IX Dated:- 16th September, 2013). The Jammu District Boys Gold Cup Kabaddi Championship started simultaneously at the same venue. ------------------------------------------------------------- JRCHH inaugurates 4 day limb camp et report Jammu, Oct 3: Jammu Red Cross Home for Handicapped (JRCHH) today inaugurated 4-days long limb camp at Udheywala Jammu for on-spot fitment of artificial lower limbs for amputees and calipers for polio victims. According to press release ,Vice Chairman Jammu Development Authority (JDA) KL Khajuria inaugurated the camp and lauded the efforts of organizers and the State Trading Corporation in organizing such camp, which would benefit the victims of cross border firing, land mines blasts and subversive activities of anti national elements. He announced a donation of fifty one thousand rupees for the camp. Ninety five beneficiaries were registered on the first day. |
