JAMMU, Oct 3: As a twist in the tail in the fast unto death dharna in front of Press Club Jammu by Hindu Shiv Sena president, wife of the Hindu Shiv Sena president Krishan Singh Manhas lodged a complaint against him in Police Station Women Cell accusing him of being in an extra marital affair.
Sources said that Urmila Manhas wife of Hindu Shiv Sena president Krishan Singh Manhas lodged complaint against him in Women Cell alleging therein that he had extra marital affair with one Sanjana. Sources said that earlier also Women Cell received complaint of similar nature against him by his wife verbally, following which he was summoned by Police.
Meanwhile, police forcibly shifted a Hindu Shiv Sena activist who was sitting on fast demanding arrest of two women police officers including SHO Women Cell Arti Thakur and former I/CPP Residency Road Neelam Saini.
Sources said that State vice president of Sena, Arjun was sitting on fast from over two days in Dogra Chowk against police demanding the arrest of women Sub Inspectors.
However, a police team forcibly shifted Arjun to the hospital. Meanwhile, rest of Sena activists were evacuated from the spot terming the dharna as illegal and without permission of District Magistrate. Nowabad police also booked the Shiv Sena activists sitting on dharna on preventive measures.
Notably, Neelam Saini SI was involved in shifting an accused lady doctor, allegedly involved in abortion of a mentally challenged girl of Channi Rama's Rotary Inner Wheels Home for Mentally Challenged Children, to GMC Hospital without any permission from women cell. |
