Jammu, Oct 3: The Classical Instrumental (Solo) Percussion & Non-Percussion events was held under the ongoing "Display Your Talent", 2013-14 by the Department of Students Welfare at Brig. Rajinder Singh Auditorium, University of Jammu.
In Classical Instrumental (Solo) Percussion, Udhayveer Singh from Institute of Music and Fine Arts, Jammu, was the sole participant and bagged the First Prize for his performance. Balbir Singh, Semi Feroz and Neeraj Verma, were the adjudicators in the said event.
In Classical Instrumental (Solo) Non-Percussion, Mithlesh Wanchoo from the ASCOMS, Jammu bagged First Prize whereas Sheetal Sharma from Govt. Women College, Parade and Harjot Singh from the Department of Punjabi, University of Jammu, bagged the Second and Third Prize, respectively. The Certificate of Merit was awarded to Rajni Devi from Govt. Women College, Gandhi Nagar, Jammu. |
