Mendhar, Oct 3: Body of Abdul Salaam son of Mohammad Rafiq, resident of Dugrain Surankote was recovered from Mendhar Nallah on Thursday.
The deceased, according to his parents was missing for the last two days. They claimed that the youth was not mentally sound and used to undergo fits sometimes.
The locals spotted the body in Mendhar nallah and informed Mendhar police.
A police party from Mendhar Police Station led by SI Saleem Raina shifted the Mendhar hospital for post mortem.
It was later handed over to the family for last rites. The police has registered a case under Section 174 CrPC in this connection. |
