et report Bishnah, Oct 8: Carrying forward its "Health for All" under the banner of corporate social responsibility Punjab National Bank today organized a free Dental Medical Check-up Camp at Government Middle School, village Harsha Dabber in Bishnah. The camp was inaugurated by Mohd. Latif Mir, Deputy General Manager, Circle Head J&K Operations. The camp was held in collaboration with Institute of Dental Sciences, Seohra, Kunjwani. Over 150 patients were rendered medical treatment at the camp. Speaking on the occasion, M L Mir reiterated the commitment of the Bank towards empowering growth and all-round development of the people of the Harsha Dabber which is adopted by PNB. He conveyed that under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives of the Bank, we shall always be at the forefront of taking philanthropic initiatives in the village. Thanking the Institute of Dental Sciences Seohra particularly the team of doctors present at the camp for their generous support, he assured them of utmost cooperation in any effort aimed at providing substantial relief and value-added health services to the people of this place. Dr. Gurjeet Singh (BDS) & Dr. Moin Shapoo (BDS) from Institute of Dental Sciences, Seohra praised the bank for conducting such medical camp in smooth manner. The villagers hailed the health initiative of the bank and also appreciated the efficient organization of the camp venue. The camp witnessed large number of patients, mostly school children getting free counseling and consultations from eminent doctors. On the occasion, free medicines were provided to the patients visiting the medical camp. R V S Jasrotia, Chief Manager, Circle Office Jammu, S S Chib, District Coordinator PNB, G L Lochan, Manager BO Bishnah, Manoj Kumar, Manager Agriculture and large number of villagers were present at the function. |
