KISHTWAR, Oct 8: The series of typhoid free vaccination camps for school children which was started under Corporate Social Responsibility scheme of Dulhasti Power Station from Oct 3 for the students of Govt. Middle School, Baghwan Mohalla, Kishtwar concluded today.
During these camps, typhoid vaccinations were given to the students of schools/institutions like Bal Ashram, Kishtwar, Ashiana, a home for the destitute, Govt. City Middle School, Boys, Govt City Middle School, Girls and Govt. Middle School, Semna Govt. Middle School, Hudri, Kishtwar and Govt Upper Primary School, Wassar Kund, Kishtwar. Pertinent to mention that these camps were organized by NHPC Limited as typhoid vaccination is not covered under in any vaccination programme of state govt.
Speaking on the occasion, Om Prakash, sr manager (HR) said that the students are very delicate who require to be protected against viral like Typhoid and assured about taking many other initiatives under CSR-SD Programme of Dulhasti Power Station for the student community. |
