JAMMU, Dec 27: Chief Education Officer, Jammu has taken strong notice of some schools functioning despite government orders of winter break in summer zones from December 24 to December 31.
In an official handout issued here today, the CEO has warned that if the erring schools do not adhere to the government order action as warranted under law would be initiated against them. The order further said that the schools who do not comply to the government order would face strict action which includes withdrawal of NOC, recommendations to the chairman, CBSC for de-recognition of such schools and imposition of penalty under rules.
