| Vikram Malhotra seeks votes for stability, honest governance | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 4: Accompanied by a large number of his supporters, Congress candidate from Jammu east Assembly constituency, Vikram Malhotra today carried out door-to-door campaign in several areas of the constituency including Wards-4 and 10 and met people from all walks of life.
On the occasion, Vikram also addressed several corner meetings and appealed the masses to vote in his favour.
Vikram termed BJP, NC and PDP as spent forces, saying they have lost the drive to serve the people because of their lust for power and thus have no relevance in the present time.
Referring to present stalemate in the Parliament, Vikram said that the real face of BJP has been exposed as the government run by this party has not been able to fulfill even a single promise made to people.
He added that on the other hand people should elect leaders like him who practically reach out at grassroots, at every polling booth level and every nook and corner of the constituency in order to listen to the grievances of the people and work on getting them solved.
He also said that public wants to have people-friendly governance in the State and appealed them to vote for bringing in stability and honest governance.
He also urged the masses to give him a chance to serve Jammu east for the next six years so that real development could exist in the constituency which could lead it to achieve new heights. He said that his main aim was to develop his constituency and to serve the masses. |
