History sheeter Nalwa booked for claiming admission against 'fraudulent' ALC certificate 12/4/2014 11:02:33 PM Early Times Report jammu, Dec 4: Trouble shooters continue to itch, Ranjot Singh Nalwa who was bailed out in double murder case at Narwal as he is booked another case of fraud/cheating with Jammu University by claiming admission on the basis of a fraudulent/fake ALC category during session 1990-93 in PG Department of Law. Gandhi Nagar police registered FIR against Ranjot Singh Nalwa for fraud with Jammu University as base on fake ALC category; he managed admission in law in the session 1990-93 and simultaneously he was doing job in health department.The complaint in this connection has been lodged by one Gagan Singh,Secretary in Sikh Welfare Society, Transport Nagar, Jammu. In his complaint, the complainant has alleged that Ranjot not only played fraud with the Jammu University but also left a dent on state exchequer as he managed job in Health Department as Pharmacist. It is alleged that Ranjote who is actually a resident of Tallab Tillo, managed ALC certificate showing himself as a resident of border village in Poonch and based on the fake certificate he managed admission in Jammu University under ALC category while as he managed job in Health Department on open category. Based on complaint ,police booked him under section 420 RPC and started investigation. Pertinently, Ranjot Singh Nalwa, has credited of number of criminal cases in different police stations including Janipur, Gandhi Nagar Narwal, Trikuta Nagar and others.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
