Independent candidates play vital role to form new Government: Lal Chand 12/4/2014 11:23:04 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Dec 4: Independent candidate from Bani Assembly constituency Master Lal Chand today addressing the gathering in Lohai Malhar said that independent candidates to play a vital role in new government formation. According to press release, this was disclosed by Master Lal while campaigning in Lohai Malhar areas of Bani constituency . While addressing the gathering, he said that Bani constituency was a mountainous area and was almost devoid of good road connectivity which is the main problem of that area. During last five years he laid emphasized on this serious problem that is why construction of some of the roads have started during his tenure and work is still going on with good pace.
