| Balwan promises to make Marh as modern constituency | | |  Early Times Report
Jammu, Dec 4: Senior Congress leader and party candidate for Marh Assembly segment , Balwan Singh today appealed the people of the Constituency to vote and support him promising them that if elected he will make honest and effective effort to turn the constituency into a modern one in the State. Continuing his door to door campaign in Gajansoo, Gho-Manhasa, Halqa, Galbate Chack and many others of the constituency, Balwan urged voters to bless him with their votes so that he may continue hid services in more effective manners. He said from 6 years the winning candidate from BJP did not bother to come in the constituency even to have a back up on the condition of the constituency which he was representing.
He said proper roads and streets, basic facilities, providing old-age pension, up gradation of Govt schools, play grounds for the youth, electricity, employment to youths by organizing recruitment rallies will be his first priority and if elected he will make honest and effective effort to turn the constituency into a modern constituency in a State. Balwan said that he is contesting the election on the issue of service to the people with strong determination and a sense of responsibility. He appealed to the people that they should come together above party politics to vote for merit of the contesting candidate who has a record of being a public servant. |
