MLMWC congratulates MLA Jammu east | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Jan 6: Mohalla Lower Mastgarh Welfare Committee (MLMWC) on Tuesday organized a meeting and congratulated to newly elected MLA from Jammu east constituency. According to press release, general secretary Rajinder Kumar Sharma said the committee presented a charter of demands to MLA Rajesh Gupta including the BJP should follow a policy of zero tolerance to acts of terrorism and communalism so people of the state could live in peacefully, property department should be winded up and full property rights be conferred to the allottees of the evacuee property, clean drinking water and hygienic environment may be provided and enquiry committee to assess the feasibility and relevance of the sewerage system under construction in Jammu city, the garbage dumped situated at circular road may be shifted elsewhere, one study centre and library may be provided in every ward of Jammu east. He further said that the beautification of Jammu and other places of tourist and pilgrimage importance may be done keeping in view their cultural and heritage importance without effecting the environment. On the occasion, MLA Rajesh Gupta said the residents of the area have played their innings better and knocked out all his opponents. He assured the people he will play innings well and leave no stone unturned in rising to the expectation and aspirations of the people. |
