Blue eyed AD CAPD flouts transfer order, sticks on to original place of posting 8/26/2014 12:15:45 AM Mohd Irfan Jammu, Aug 25 : In a glaring instance of nepotism and favoritism, a blue eyed AD CAPD has been giving a damn to the Government transfer order and sticking on to the place from where he has been posted out. Reliable sources revealed that blue eyed AD Trade and Store Ghar Singh who has been transferred from said posting, has averted his transfer to Miran Sahib despite the fact there were complaints against him of using unparliam-entarily language and casteist comments. “This AD has good proximity with Director CAPD, Deputy Director etc and his misbehavious is generally overlooked encouraging him to continue to the same repeatedly” said an employee, adding, “Ghar Singh is transferred to miran sahib and in his place AD Joginder Singh is being posted as AD Trade and Store but Director CAPD succumbed to the pressure and did not relieve him.” An officials wishing anonymity said “AD Trade and store is very key post and there is a need for competent official but astoundingly the department is allowing the tainted official to continue despite clear order”. Ration dealers are up in arms against this AD Trade and store because the ration does not reach the depots in time and they have to face the fury of the public.
