SRINAGAR, Sept 11: As reported earlier that as per the family members of those killed in Saturdays incident ,Police is refusing to launch and FIR and the incident has taken an astonishing mode following the recent statement of police and CRPF in which jammu and kashmir police says that three out of four persons killed in shopian incident and identified as Tawseef Ahmad Bhat resident of Baba Mohalla Shopian, Mohammad Yousf Sofi resident of Durpora,Zainapora, Shopian and Tariq Ahmad Mir resident of Okay, Kulgam does not have any militant records against them, while asCRFP officials claim that the said people were involved in militant activities and posses proofs against them.
Pertinently peoples democratic party (PDP) President, Mehbooba Mufti after setting a deadline of two days for Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah to file an FIR against the killing of three people on Saturday's firing incident said that registration of an FIR in a police station is a basic human right and the families of the deceased youth of Shopian should be allowed to file within two days of time.
She said that Home minister of India must intervene in the matter and to remove the CRPF camp from Gagran, Shopian which is a genuine demand of people of shopian and make CRPF personals involved in killing of all the four persons including the Muhammad Rafiq accountable as per the law of the land.
She also said that Ever since Omar Abdullah became CM, our youth has become the soft target and added that Omar Abdullah is only making claims of solving the cases in hours but has failed to solve a single case so far.
