HC stays allotment of LPG, fuel outlets at Thanamandi 9/13/2013 10:34:42 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Sept 13(JNF): In a petition filed by Mohd Maqbool & ors aggrieved of the notification for selection of agencies under Rajiv Gandhi Gramin LPG Vitrak scheme dated May 4, 2013 to the extent it pertains to notifying that location Thanamandi at serial no in the newapper, having no circulation in Thanamandi which is an Urdu belt. Due to the advertisement published in that paper , petitioners are deproved of applying for allotment of LPG/Petrol/Diesel outlets under RGGLV scheme.
