| Corruption biggest enemy of State: PYC | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
SRINAGAR, Sept 30 : Describing corruption as the biggest enemy of the State, Youth Congress Lok Sabha President for Parliamentary constituency Srinagar, Budgam and Ganderbal Sheikh Aamir Rasool said "corruption and nepotism" would have to be fought with firm hands in Jammu and Kashmir.
He said this while addressing Youth Congress convention at Azad Basti, Natipora . Sheikh Aamir Rasool said people are interested in the development and corruption free society but it is unfortunate that the corruption is increasing and the development is stagnated."
He said there is a dire need to keep a check on corruption at all levels so that central funds meant for state reach to the grass root level.
He asked the youth to come forward for active participation in political system of our country.
Aamir Rasool said youth could bring about revolutionary changes in society through democracy by actively participating in the democratic setup. |
