KISHTWAR, Sept 30 : District Development Commissioner (DDC) Kishtwar Baseer Ahmed Khan has directed all the District and sectoral officers to ensure full attendance of employees in their respective offices. The officers were asked to immediately bring to notice any complaint of absenteeism so that strict action is taken against the culprits. In the wake of strike call given by some unions, the government has decided to invoke ESMA against the striking employees. Khan intimated that as section 144 has already been enforced, no unlawful assembly or sloganeering will be allowed and who so ever found involved, will be punished according to law. The SP, DIO, Tehsildars and Naib Tehsildars were asked to check the attendance in various offices and report compliance on daily basis. |
