Stay united, vote for change: Aalam to employees
10/10/2013 11:28:01 PM

Early Times Report
srinagar, Oct 10: Expressing resentment over Government response to employee's demands, People’s Democratic Party (PDP) leader and former senior leader of JCC Mohammad Khurshid Aalam today urged the employees to stay united and vote for a change in the forthcoming elections.
Talking to a local news agency, he justified the employees' agitation "Government has not only backtracked from the agreement with the JCC leadership, follow your leadership strictly and give a befitting reply to State Government by voting it out of power," he said.
Pertinently State employees are up in arms against the State Government for last five years. Although Government has fulfilled many of their demands but the main demands like enhancement in retirement age are yet to be fulfilled. Recently Government give indications that it may not raise the retirement age from 58 to 60 years.
