Dalai Lama reaches Zanskar on three days tour 6/25/2014 12:18:58 AM Early Times Report Kargil, June 24: His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama was given a grand reception at Zanskar Kargil on his arrival and he was received by the Chief Executive Councillor LAHDC Kargil Haji Asgar Ali Karbalie on his three day tour. Dalai Lama started the teaching on Tsongkhapa's Concise Stages of the path of Enlightenment which will conclude on 24th and on 25th he will confer an Avalokiteshvera Initiation. On 26th His Holiness will visit Bodh Kharboo Village Kargil and later will inaugurate a block of a Private School at Wakha Mulbekh.
