Jammu, July 7: Directorate of Economics & Statistics, J&K organized two day training workshop on 73rd round of NSS from July 6 under the patronage of Director General, Riyaz Ahmad Banday.
According to official spokesperson, the 73rd round of NSS is earmarked for one year exclusively to "Unincorporated Non-Agricultural Enterprises in Manufacturing, Trade and Other services (Excluding construction)" commencing from this July 15 till June 30. While speaking on the occasion, Veena Kumari Thaper, Joint Director, DES highlighted that the said training workshop will be devoted to the discussions on concepts, definitions, technical terms and contents of various schedules to be canvassed in 73rd round. The training was attended by the officers and staff from District Statistical agencies, NSSO, FOD Jammu and DES Jammu.. |
