JAC formed against conversion of community center into club 7/7/2015 11:31:59 PM Early Times Report Jammu, July 7: Joint Action Committee (JAC) has formed by resident of Roop Nagar against the government proposal to convert community center building in Club against will of the residents of the colony. Addressing media persons, President Uttam Deep Sharma said that memorandum was submitted regarding pending demands but government is trying to harass and disturb the social harmony of the colony. It is pertinent to mention here that JDA once tried to sell the land under group house scheme which is stayed in J&K High Court on the request by RNWA and Court directed to JDA to develop this land as per the need and basic facilities required to residents of the colony including hospital, school, market and others.
