BHADERWAH,July 7: Given the prevailing financial mess created by the previous government, there could have been nothing better than the structured scheme of financing district plans MLA Bhaderwah Daleep Singh Parihar hailed Chief Minister, Mufti Mohammad Sayeed and Finance Minister, Dr Haseeb Drabu for "formally launching the structured scheme of financing the district plans at the recently convened district development board meetings."In a statement issued today, Parihar expressed optimism that the new budgetary pattern would go a long way in doing away with the past practice of adhocism in district plans "which has created alarming liabilities worth several hundred crores of rupees besides a huge number of unfinished projects". Parihar said: "Given the prevailing financial mess created by the previous government, there could have been nothing better than the structured scheme of financing district plans". MLA said it is hoped the people of the state shall soon witness a discernable improvement in the state's overall developmental as well as economic scenario. MLA Bhaderwah said the present dispensation has "inherited worst kind of economic mess and financial ambiguity from the previous government and is confronted with a gigantic responsibility to ensure that both future planning and liability clearance go on simultaneously."MLA also hailed CM for announcing Govt Hr Sec School boys Bhaderwah a model school , fire tender office in Bhalessa , Circuit road of tourism for Bhaderwah Bhalessa , sanctioning of 9 crore for Rajpora Jai road and developing of Pardi as a picnic spot . Parihar also announced two hand pumps for Padri under his SDF fund and assured that soon work on Bhaderwah Kansar road will be started . Meanwhile MLA Bhaderwah Daleep Singh Parihar along with Minister for forest Bali Bhagat and Minister for Animal Husbanadary Sajad Ganai lone visited picnic spot Padri and take review of ongoing works of Bhaderwah Development Authority there . |
