| AIR organizes chat show on 'Digital India Week" | | | EarlyTimes Report
Kargil, July 7: All India Radio (AIR) today organized a chat show on to celebrate Digital India Week here at conference hall AIR Kargil. District Informatics Officer Punchok Paldan was the chief guest on the occasion. On the occasion speakers threw light on the various components of Digital India Programme and made aware the employees and people present there. Talking on this occasion Punchok Paldan told that the root for a successful Digital India Programme in areas like Kargil is a proper loop of Broadband Highway so that if the Highway is disrupted from one side it can easily remain through from the other side and for that Government should provide Broadband Highway from Srinagar Side as well as from Himachal side. Later a question answer session was also held during which the Chief Guest cleared the doubts of the audiences by answering to their questions properly. In the meantime Digital India Week came to an end in Kargil with a Camp for enrollment of those left out population for Adhar in Kargil. Earlier programmes were held at Various Higher Secondary Schools, Polytechnic School as well as other government installments. In-charge head of Office Ram Avtar Bharva, Engineering Head Santosh Kumar, Programme Executive Stanzin Lotus, Copy Editor Anayat Ali, Senior Announcer Mohammad Hassan Askari, Transmission Executive Gulzar Hussain other officers and audiences were also present on the occasion. |
