Early Times Report Jammu, Jan 9: The Lieutenant Governor led administration has relaxed its order to transfer the employees in various government departments including those who have been staying beyond proscribed period. A cardinal question is whether those employees overstaying in city limits, would be touched or not. Pertinently, the UT administration on 6th January issued an order, relaxing its previous order of 15th of October to make the transfers, postings of employees. The order clearly mentioned that administration could affect transfers in case of urgency involved or the stay of employee is beyond proscribed period. It has emphasized upon the competent authorities that the employees having the maximum tenure are considered for transfer in the first instance and others thereafter.
