Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 31: The Jammu and Kashmir government has finally stated that it is going to come up with a comprehensive employment package for the youth of Jammu and Kashmir. The question remains will Jammu this time be given the peanuts amid the spiraling joblessness in the region for the past several decades. “The basic aim of today’s workshop was to give proper counseling to the youth. At the government level, we are working on an employment policy, and in the next five years, unemployment will be over,” lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha while speaking to the reporters on the sidelines of a workshop on Youth Engagement and Outreach at SKICC in Srinagar said. He added that big business houses of the country participated in the workshop and deliberated on what can be done to end unemployment. Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 31: Exactly one year after implementation of the J&K Reorganization Act in the erstwhile state of J&K, Hurriyat leader Mirwaiz Umar Farooq came out of the hibernation to oppose new land laws notified by the Union Government. Realizing that protests against new land laws have started in Jammu as well as in Kashmir, Mirwaiz jumped into the controversy to reactive himself in the separatists’ camp. After August 5, 2019, almost all separatist leaders have been gone into the hibernation after Centre arrested some of them including JKLF leader Yasin Malik and Shabir Shah. Jehangir Rashid Early Times Report SRINAGAR, Oct 31: The union territory of Jammu & Kashmir reported 455 new cases of Corona Virus following which the total number of positive cases reached 94,785. With seven fresh deaths the death toll due to the virus reached 1478.
