SRINAGAR, Mar 20: Even as a Kashmiri man injured in Pakistani shelling has succumbed to his injuries, no prominent voice in Kashmir is ready to speak a word against Pakistani aggression on the Indian soil.
A civilian from Uri area of north Kashmir's Baramulla district, who was injured in cross-border shelling earlier this month, died at SKIMS, Soura in Srinagar on March 20. The deceased was identified as Reyaz Ahmad son of Sader Din resident of Batar Kundi Barjala Kamalkote.
He was among the four civilians were injured on March 10 following cross-border firing in north Kashmir's Uri.

Srinagar, Mar 20: Former Jammu and Kashmir chief minister and president of Peoples Democratic Party Mehbooba Mufti on Wednesday faced major embarrassment as her former close aide and minister in her cabinet alleged that the file related to fake state subject certificates vanished at the office of former chief minister's door during the PDP-BJP rule in Jammu and Kashmir.
Addressing reporters, Syed Basharat Bukhari, former PDP leader and Revenue Minister in the Mufti-led PDP-BJP coalition government, said the file on fake state subject certificates was sent to the Chief Minister's Office. But nobody knows what happened to it, he said.
