BBIA organizes workshop on implementation of 'GST -Model Act 2016' 9/22/2016 10:37:22 PM Early Times Report Vijaypur, Sept 22 Bari Brahmana Industries Association (BBIA) in collaboration with Emcure Pharmaceutical Pvt Ltd and M/s Bizsol India Services Pvt Ltd Pune organized first ever awareness program on the Implementation of 'GST- Model Act 2016' at BBIA Bhawan today Kashori Lal, Commissioner, Custom & Central Excise, Jammu was the chief guest on this occasion which witnessed an impressive gathering from business entrepreneurs and eminent citizens also. In his address chief guest Kashori Lal appreciated the steps by the BBIA to educate the industrial fraternity about the GST Model Act- 2016. He informed deliberations are is oing on at central govt. level for the implementation of the act with ease of doing business concept. At the onset of programme, Lalit Mahajan, President, BBIA presented welcome address and appreciated the steps taken by M/s Emcure Pharmaceutical in collaboration with M/s Bizsoil India Pvt Ltd Pune for such event. He said the objective of programme was to educate the Industrial Sector in respect GST and to work out the ways and means to provide the exemptions to the Industrial Sector of J&K in the GST Regime for its survival. Earlier Ashok B Nawal Vice Chairman M/s Bizsoil India Pvt Ltd Pune highlighted various aspects in respect of implementation of GST Model Act- 2016 for the member units which will help them to avail the benefits. In the end vote of thanks was presented by Viraaj Malhotra, Secretary, BBIA.
