Abortion of mentally retarded girl: Court extends remand of accused docs 9/28/2013 9:57:25 PM Et Report Jammu, Sept 28: Sub Judge Jammu Sudhir Khajuria today extended six day police remand of Dr Raj Sharma and Dr Raman who were allegedly involved in abortion of a mentally retarded girl. The Court after going through the CD file and after hearing CPO Sanjay Kohli for the police, observed that the offence are heinous as well as non-bailable and the investigation is still going on and granted six days police remand of both the accused till October 3 with the direction to complete the investigation as early as possible.
