| NPSU protests against soft policies of State Centre Govts towards terrorism | | | early times report Jammu, Sept 28: Reacting strongly against the soft nature of state and center govt against Pakistan and its proxy war through terrorism in the state, National Panthers Students Union (NPSU) today staged a protest and took out rally against the policies of state and center governments for carrying out soft policies towards Pak sponsored terrorism. NPSU activists and students from GGM Science College, Govt MAM College and SPMR College gathered outside SPMR College of Commerce, Jammu and demonstrated against the state and UPA govt at centre amid sloganeering. Agitating students also burnt the effigy of chief minister and state government which sparked a minor scuffle between protesting students and police. Thereafter students took out a rally to register their protest. Partap Singh Jamwal State President NPSU while addressing the protestors said that the Omar led state govt is be fooling the Jammuties by adopting double standards. Elaborating he said that at one hand, the state govt give statement against the militancy on the other hand the govt is not taking serious step to stop militancy instead has initiated 'surrender policy' . He said soon after Chief Minister remarked integration of J&K is not complete, the Pak sponsored terrorists struck in Jammu region and making it a strong case for immediate dismissal of J&K Govt. Referring to recent terror strikes in Jammu region, Partap described it as intelligence failure and demanded for further enhancing of security grid. "Why the union govt. is tight lipped over these attacks when Pakistan is targeting the Indian soldiers consecutively on Indian soil", questioned Partap? Partap cautioned state as well as UPA govt to launch indefinite protests in Jammu city against the govt. if such attacks would not be stopped by taking preventive measures. President NPSU), Sidhant Dogra (Tehsil President NPSU), Yogesh Talwar, Sunny Kesar, Shammi Jasrotia (Rural Vice President NPSU), and others also addressed the protestors
