JAMMU, Dec 1: The students of Jodhamal Public School brought laurels by winning 1st, 2nd and 3rd places in first CBSE National Wushu Championship held at Merrut. According to press release, in the event, Ayeesha Hayaat stood First, Akashika Chopra reached at Second place, Aadya Sambyal and Garvit Mahajan at third place. These students because of their hard work and passion for the game and after having tough fight with top CBSE schools of Delhi, NCR and North Zone, achieved first, second and third places and uphold the dignity of the school. Jodhamal School is always supporting the young students of the school to achieve their goals in sports by providing a unique, healthy and dynamic competitive environment. Our school has been participating in Wushu from past 3 years and with proper guidance from their coach Aashi Jamwal, they achieved the standards of National Level. The team was prepared by Aashi Jamwal, WuShu Coach of Jodhamal School. The Principal of the School, Trilok Singh Bist applauded the efforts of the students and felicitated them in a special assembly of the school. |
