Website shows Prof Ishar and Dr Sharma as VCs Has University of Jammu two VCs? 12/2/2014 12:49:59 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Dec 1: The official website of Jammu University shows Prof M P S Ishar and Prof R D Sharma as vice chancellors. The website raises a question. Has JU two VCs? Profile of University on its website www.distanceeducationju.in appeared with Governor NN Vohra, Chief Minister Omar Abdullah and Prof MPS Ishar Chancellor, Pro- Chancellor and Vice Chancellor respectively. On the other-hand another page of the website shows Prof RD Sharma as Vice Chancellor of University of Jammu. A day after Early Times published a story titled "Mismanagement at JU's Directorate of Distance Education, PDP for BCom, workshop on NSS postponed without prior notice, the department of distance education today issued on notification though media that the information regarding postponement of above said events was up-dated on the website.
