BSP leader Puran Chand files nomination papers 12/2/2014 12:07:52 AM Hiranagar, 1 Dec: Bhaujan Samaj Party candidate from Hiranagar-67 reserved constituency, Puran Chand today filed nomination for fifth phase of J&K Assembly election 2014. He was accompanied with hundreds of supporters. While speaking to media, Puran Chand said that people are fed up with the Kashmir based parties and have faith in BSP's agendas for all round development. He added that traditional parties made several promises in previous elections but people are in same position where they were few years back.
