Another explosion near LOC in Poonch | Naib Subedar injured | | Early Times Report
Rajouri, Dec 1: Anti-national forces from across the border again struck on the Line of Control and exploded a remote controlled device causing injuries to a Naib Subedar. The device reportedly had been planted on November 29. The explosion caused damage to a army vehicle. As the polling for three constituencies of Poonch district is scheduled to be held on December 2 and for four constituencies in Rajouri district on December 20, anti-national forces from across the border are trying their best to disturb the ensuing election process. Under new strategy these forces have been directed to target the Indian soldiers manning the forward posts on Line of Control (LoC) to divert the attention of Indian soldiers so that they can manage forced infiltration during that particular period. Reliable sources, not confirmed by the army, said that Pakistan has deployed new regiments in the areas facing Rajouri and Poonch districts which includes rangers. However, a senior army officer said that our forces are already o highest alert to give befitting response to any such nefarious design of these anti India forces. |
