Criminal held with sharp edged weapon 12/2/2014 12:52:50 AM Early Times Report Jammu, Dec 1: Jajjhar Kotli police arrested a criminal along with sharp-edged weapon. Police spokesman said that Jhajjar Kotli Police while on Naka checking arrested a criminal namely Parvez Mohd of Khuara Tehsil and Distt Rajouri with sharp edged weapon. He further said that Police was on routine checking when a truck signaled to stop but the driver didn't stop the truck and during follow up truck was stopped. The moment truck was stopped by the cops the conductor of the truck took the sharp edged weapon from truck and tried to attack the cops on duty. Later, the conductor along with driver namely Lal Hussain of Chetadi tehsil and Distt Rajouri have been arrested and a case under FIR No.148/2014 under sections 4/25 of Indian Arms Act and 119/177/184 MV Act. Truck bearing registration number JK02AS/9307 was also seized and the arrest was made by SHO Jhajjar Kotli SI Hilal Azhar under supervision of SDPO Nagrota Khaliq Choudhary, SP Rural Rajiv Pandey and SSP Jammu Uttam Chand.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
