POJK Refugees hold protest against State Govt

Jammu, Dec 1: Jammu and Kashmir POJK Refugee Front 1947, 65 and 1971 today staged protest demonstration against the Government of Jammu and Kashmir for not implementing financial package sanctioned by Government of India.
The protest led by Rashpal Singh Chib president of the Front alleged the National Conference-Congress and newly formed Refugees Front nexus has been main cause of the delay. Addressing the gathering, Rashpal Singh Chib said on the recommendation of nation Human Rights Commission of India, the Government of India sanctioned package for displace families from Pakistan occupied Jammu and Kashmir vide latter dated August 9, 2000 but the PRO Jammu didn't initiate the process of implementation of three of the four components of the latter despite repeatedly requests. "A memorandum to this effect was also summbitted to Divisional Commissioner Jammu on October 8, 2014 for action with copies to the joint secretary Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi on October 15, 2014 but no action has been initiated by the PRO Jammu," he alleged.
