Early Times Report Jammu, Mar 21: Union Minister of State and Mos PMO Dr. Jatinder Singh on Wednesday tried to claim credit for starting Radio Station Udhampur but preferred silence on the closure of All India Radio's Dogri Unit in New Delhi. Moreover, he blamed State Government for its reluctance approve the Shahpur-Kandi barrage and hailed Governor rule. During a series of Mandal (Block) level meetings with BJP Karyakartas as well as Sarpanches and Punches in different Assembly segments, Dr Jatinder Singh accused Congress and its allies of deliberately holding back important national and central projects in Udhampur-Kathua-Doda Lok Sabha constituency.
