Cabinet fails to order transfers, thanks to BJP

Early Times Report JAMMU, Apr 27: It was all due to lack of consensus among ministers of "disciplined" BJP that no decision could be taken on transfers in today's Cabinet meeting, which was held this evening. Credible sources in the corridors of power revealed that there was proposals of the transfers in police and civil administration but BJP ministers failed to give their approval on these transfers. Sources further said that there was complete consensus among PDP ministers on transfers and postings but BJP ministers were not unanimous on postings of some officers. Credible sources said that instead of giving authority to any single minister to take on behalf of the party, every BJP minister has prepared his own lists of blue-eyed officers to be posted in their respective areas.
