Early Times Report Jammu, May 21: A senior BJP minister has defied the standing instructions of Prime Minister Narendra Modi about not stoking any controversy which could lead to discomfort of Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti. Hence, the PMO has taken a serious note of the senior minister's 'communal' statement. The minister made a loaded statement to a delegation of Gujjars who had come to meet him on Friday. The statement had clear and definite overtones of communal polarization. It is the one thing which CM Mehbooba Mufti doesn't want at least not now. The minister had with this statement defied the clear instructions of the PMO which were given to all BJP ministers after Mehbooba Mufti's meeting with the PM Narendra Modi when they re-stitched the alliance.
