Early Times Report Jammu, June 27: A senior most leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Jammu region has put the reputation of his party at stake as his close proximity with a self styled social activist woman has become talk of the town, particularly in the party circles. This senior leader is found accompanying this young woman, who was one of the contenders for the BJP mandate during the last Assembly elections,, which the party swept in Jammu region. As the Modi wave gripped entire country last year the BJP leaders in Jammu became the most sought out people in the town and many of them were even chased by women who had political ambitions. One of the women somehow managed to get close to the BJP leader in question and ensured that the leader figures as the chief guest in the functions organized by her. Early Times Report Jammu, June 27: Vested interests in Kashmir have upped their ante on Jammu and accused the authorities of giving a preferential treatment to Jammu as far as allocation of funds under the Central Road Fund head is concerned. The Central Road Fund is a key road building scheme funded by the Government of India. "Jammu has walked away with the lion's share of Central Road Fund," vested interests in Kashmir have said.
