"I came here to meet the Forest Minister Bali Bhagat but his peon asked me that Sahab teen din say Jammu main hai (minister is in Jammu for the last three days)," Habbibullah of North Kashmir's Handwara tehsil who had come to meet the Minister on Wednesday told Early Times.
