PHE daily rated workers hold protest against Government 8/26/2014 11:47:56 PM Early Times Report Udhampur, Aug 26: District Unit of Public Health Engineering (PHE) department daily wager, ITI, CP workers, casual labours and need based workers today staged protest against state government at on Dhar Road. A large numbers of casual workers assembled at Dhar Road near PHE sub-station and blocked national highway passing through the Udhampur. They demanded regularization of their services. They also appealed all PHE daily workers to unite and support the agitation to put a pressure on the government in order to fulfill their genuine demands. "We are bound to agitate against the government as till date regularization policy has been not framed in our favour. Our long pending dues have not been paid to us", said Ajay Simyalia president PHE association.
